i loved how the hotel showcased art EVERYWHERE. the room had usb plug-ins near the bed, and that was a VERY thoughtful touch. the staff let me check in early, and i APPRECIATED that so much.

carpets had visible stains, which affected the sense of cleanliness.

i found the location to be excellent for accessing nearby restaurants and cafes. the buffet breakfast offered a good selection of items. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially at reception.

i noticed the air conditioning unit made rumbling noises during the night , which affected my sleep quality. i mentioned this issue at checkout , but no compensation was offered.

I found the room SIZE to be very generous. The bathroom was especially NICE with two separate sinks. I REALLY appreciated that the blackout curtains worked wonders. I slept soundly past 7am. Parking was EASY and convenient too. A BIG plus for me.

I experienced a slight delay when trying to get some cutlery for my room service order one evening. I had to go to reception after waiting over 45 minutes, a minor inconvenience.

The location is GREAT, close to major points of interest and shopping areas, so everything was within walking distance. This made exploring the area very simple. Nearby shops and eateries offered plenty of choices, so it was very convenient.

The modern rooms were clean. I found my room well-kept with everything in excellent working order. The hotel provided block out curtains that were effective, so I enjoyed restful sleep without early morning light. The bed was comfy too.

The hotel has a bar area plus a chilling out area. This was perfect for evening relaxation. The pool was open until 10pm. I enjoyed a refreshing dip after a long day of sightseeing. There is also a gym available.

The hotel had a Baha restaurant on Level 1. I ate lunch there. The food was fantastic. Guests can access free, daily chilled filtered water from a tap in the dining area. THE water was always refreshing.
