I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious, decorated with beautiful aboriginal art that gave a touch of uniqueness to the place. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant, giving me the feeling of being above the city and providing easy access to the City Mall. While the dining experience was good overall, there were some disappointing aspects. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool deck dining area.
The hotel offers gorgeous and quite luxurious rooms that are very spacious with beautiful art, though a bit small for accommodating four guests with double beds instead of queen beds. The service is top-notch, with staff being very accommodating and professional, even organizing a special birthday surprise. Its location is very central and near all restaurants and shopping places, perfect for a short stay. The dining experience is divine, featuring delicious breakfast options, but the facilities could be improved upon with some additional amenities for guests.
The hotel has nice, modern rooms that are very clean with a nice bathroom, big TV, and a comfy bed. The bar downstairs was never ready before 5 pm, so we had to wait after returning from sightseeing. The staff at reception was friendly. The location is perfect for walking distance to Northbridge, with great bars and restaurants around the city. However, the hotel was often booked out for functions, impacting guests' ability to enjoy the space. The service was great, with staff working hard for customers, although some processes were not as efficient as they could be. The dining experience was disappointing as breakfast was not available during the stay. The hotel is close to RAC Arena and conveniently located for exploring central Perth and Elizabeth Quay.
